The Shades of Yesterday Tote Bag PDF Pattern by Lisa Ratford of Andrie Designs includes easy to follow sewing instructions and pattern pieces for creating a tote bag with beautifully pieced curves, designed to step you through a pieced tote bag. The outer panel is constructed with a series of beautifully curved pieces, allowing you to play around with a collection of coordinating (or contrasting!) fabrics, featuring a recessed zipper closure, two zipper pockets (one inner and one outer), and an adjustable crossbody strap!

  • Outer Back & Outer Gusset: 1/2 yd
  • Strap & Strap Connectors: 1 3/4 yds
  • Recessed Zipper panel & Zipper pockets: 3/8 yd
  • Lining fabric: 1/2 yd
  • By Annie's Soft and Stable Foam Interfacing: 32" x 16"
  • Light-Medium Weight Fusible Interfacing: 1 3/4 yds x 40"
  • (2) 1" Rectangular Rings
  • 1" Slider
  • 12" chunky/long pull coordinating zipper (for recessed zipper)
  • (2) 7" coordinating dress zippers
  • Optional (6) 8mm rivets

The Shades of Yesterday Tote Bag PDF Pattern has a total of 29 pages. There are 12 pages of instructions and illustrations, 15 pages of pattern pieces (to be taped together), and 2 pages of pattern pieces that can be used to print on large paper at your local print shop (if desired - this is not needed if you print and tape your pattern pieces together).
