The Pooch Purse PDF Pattern by Charlie's Aunt includes sewing instructions and pattern templates for creating a purse inspired by figurative applique styles of the 1940s and 50s. The templates include three different styles to choose from - Hector the Dachshund, Casey the Jack Russell Terrier, and Wisp the Labrador, each with its own character. The applique can be created from any material scraps ranging from woolens, velvets, corduroy or tweed or decorator and quilting fabrics. Finished size: 6 1/2" x 5".

• 8" x 18" main fabric
• 8" x 18" iron-on interfacing
• 8" x 18" lining fabric
• 6" zipper
• Piece of fake suede, felt, velvet, or boiled wool for dog applique
• Piece of contrasting wool, felt, or cotton fabric for the dog's coat
• Piece of fusible web for the applique
• 1 or 2 small vintage buttons to trim the dog's coat
