The Dawn To Dusk Backpack PDF Pattern by ChrisW Designs includes sewing instructions and pattern templates for creating a practical and stylish backpack with 5 pen pockets, a small coin pocket, and a front flap pocket with a zipper. There are 2 handy side pockets with magnetic snaps and the inside has a slip pocket with elastic that fits a small laptop. The straps are adjustable. Recommended for experienced sewers due to the many special features. Finished size: 14" X 13" x 6".

• Exterior fabric: 1-1/4 yds
• Lining fabric: 49” x 44”
• Sew-in interfacing: Mid-weight – 1/2 yd
• Fusible interfacing: Mid-weight – 10” x 44”
• Fusible fleece: Light weight – 1/2 yd
• Matching thread (I use Gutermann Polyester)
• 10-1/2” X 5-1/4” firm single side fusible Peltex – for base
• 24” zipper to match exterior - for the top
• 14” zipper - for the Front Pocket
• 8” zipper to match lining fabric - for the Interior Zipper Pocket
• 10-1/2" of 1/2" wide elastic
• 45-1/2" of 1” wide webbing for the adjustable straps
• (2) 1" strap adjusters
• (4) 1/2” bag feet
• (4) 3/4” buckles
• (4) eyelets that your buckle’s pins will fit through; I used 3/16” inner hole diameter
• 18mm regular magnetic snap for the Front Pocket
• (2) 14mm regular magnetic snaps for the Side Pockets
• Fray stopper or fabric glue
