There is an interior patch pocket. The Bircham Bag is a neat size and is suited to anything from tweeds paired with corduroy, moleskin or velvet to heavy linens or printed fabrics. Finished size: 13 1/2" W x 10" H x 2" D.

Materials Needed:

  • 1/2 yd main exterior fabric
  • 1/4 yd contrast exterior fabric
  • 2/3 yd lining fabric
  • 2/3 yd x 36" wide firm sew-in interfacing
  • 1/3 yd x 36" wide fusible interfacing
  • magnetic snap
  • (3) 1" buttons to trim flap
  • 40" x 5" fusible web for strap (plus fusible interfacing depending on fabric weight)
