Mini Professional Tote PDF Pattern by The Creative Thimble

The Mini Professional Tote PDF Pattern by Laura Martell of The Creative Thimble includes sewing instructions for creating a smaller version of the popular Professional Tote, with ten pockets, including a padded free standing zipper pocket in the lining to hold your tablet. On the outside there are two patch pockets, a zipper pocket to hold things secure, and two pleated side pockets that will hold a bottle of water, umbrella or sunglasses. Inside the tote, along with the tablet zipper pocket, there is another zipper pocket sewn into the lining, a gathered pocket and 2 patch pockets. This tote is perfect for a busy, active woman for everyday use or travel. There are comfortable double handles. Finished size: 15"W x 12"H x 4"D.

Materials Needed:

• 1 yd Main fabric
• 1 yd Lining fabric (add 1/4 yard if you are making fabric handles)
• 2 yds Heavyweight fusible interfacing (add 3/8 yd if you are making fabric handles)
• 3 1/4 yds of 1" wide webbing for handles (not needed if you are making fabric handles)
• (2) 13" x 11" pieces of scrap fabric
• (2) 13" x 11" pieces of batting
• 1 yd of 3/8" wide elastic
• 14" zipper for top of tote
• 12" zipper for free-standing zipper pocket in lining
• 7" zipper for zipper pocket on back of tote
• 9" zipper for zipper pockets in lining
• (4) 1" rectangular or D rings for the handles (optional)
• Optional - D ring or D ring with swivel hook for key fob
