The Sew Compleat Shoulder Tote PDF Pattern by Lisa Ratford of Andrie Designs includes sewing instructions and pattern templates for creating a small sized tote bag by mixing and matching fabric scraps! This pattern comes with both pleated and non-pleated options for the outer panels. For the pleated option, you can choose a narrow center pleat or a wide center pleat. There is a magnetic snap closure, a single shoulder strap, and a large inner zipper pocket!
