How Do I place an order?

Select the pattern of interest, and click on the 'Add to Cart' button. To proceed with the order, click on the 'Checkout' button. Log in if you are a returning customer; new customers can register, or check out without registering by clicking on the 'PayPal Express Checkout' button. A PayPal account is not required by pay by credit card. After you confirm your order, please wait for the order to complete processing. If you close your browser prior to the completion of payment processing, your order is lost. When your payment is successfully processed, an order number is assigned and displayed, along with a checkout success message and a download link.

Do you charge sales tax?

7.25% sales tax will be added to the purchase price for purchases with a North Carolina billing address. The billing address is the address associated with your credit card.

Are full size pattern templates available?

Some designers include full size pattern templates with their patterns, while others provide dimensions only for rectangular-shaped templates. Included in the pattern description (just below the materials needed list) is a detailed description of the contents of the PDF, indicating a page count and number of pages of pattern templates, if provided.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. There are two options for credit card payments: Stripe and PayPal.

Do you have a printed catalog available?

Our pattern catalog is online only (All Patterns). New patterns are added every month, and announced in our email newsletter (sign up here).

Do you have a store that I can visit?

ePursePatterns.com is online only.

When will I be able to download my purchase?

The download link(s) are displayed immediately following the successful order payment processing. Please download and save the file to your storage device (hard drive, smart phone, etc.).

What is your return policy?

Purchases of digital products (downloadable) are non-refundable.

Can I sell the finished purses that I make from a purchased pattern?

All patterns on this website are copyrighted by the respective pattern designer. Some designers allow for handmade purses to be freely sold, however, designers often place restrictions on the use of their designs for commercial purposes. The patterns typically include a statement such as "...designs are protected by Copyright. Patterns are for personal use of the purchaser and bags must not be reproduced to gain profit." The designer has created intellectual property (IP), and reserves the right to license the design to manufacturers. The individual pattern designer should be contacted for an applicable licensing agreement or clarification of their IP policy.

How do I find a particular pattern?

If you have a favorite designer, you might start by clicking on the designer from the list in the column to the left (or from the list of designers in the mobile menu). Alternatively, you could enter your desired key words into the search box. A more brute force method would be to click on the All Patterns link, and scroll through the patterns available.
