Colleen’s Bag Pattern is an easy to carry PDF bag pattern by Sewphisti-Cat Designs with clear directions for a secure top zipper closure! There are lots of pockets, including one zipper pocket with instructions that are easy to follow. This purse is the perfect size to also carry your iPAD and the handle length is adjustable - wear it as a cross body or a shoulder bag. Finished size is 11 1/2”W x 10 1/2”H x 3”D.
Materials List:
- 7/8 yard - Main fabric (exterior sides, handle, handle tabs, and interior pockets)
- 1/8 yard - First coordinate fabric (exterior center stripe)
- 2/3 yard - Second coordinate/lining fabric (exterior middle stripes, exterior pocket linings, and interior lining)
- 1/3 yard - Fleece alternative (In-R-Form, Inn Control, Soft & Stable for purse body
- OR
- 1/3 yard fleece and 1/3 yard mid-weight interfacing
- 1/4 yard - Fusible fleece (handle, tabs, and exterior back pocket)
- (1) 14” or longer zipper - will cut to actual size (top closure)
- (1) 7” or longer zipper - will cut to actual size (back pocket)
- (2) 1” D-Rings
- (1) 1” Slider
- 1/8 yard - Ultra heavy-weight interfacing such as Peltex, Timtex (bottom insert)
