The Kindness Bag Pattern is a PDF pattern that gives you many options to make this flap front shoulder bag unique! Piping is optional and this pattern is recommended for advanced beginners. There are instructions for 2 different sizes: Small is 8" x 10" and large is 10" x 13".
Materials Needed:
- SMALL BAG: 1/2 yard fabric
- 1/4 yard lining fabric
- Scrap 2 1/2" x 8" long for strip
- Optional - 1 pkg. of piping
- 12" of Soft & Stable by Annie (60" wide) or other extra firm stabilizer
- LARGE BAG: 3/4 yard fabric
- 1/2 yard lining fabric
- Scrap 2 1/2" x 10" long for stripe
- Optional - 2 pkgs. piping
- 16" of Soft & Stable by Annie (60" wide) or other extra firm stabilizer will work
- BOTH BAGS: Optional trim
- 2 D-Rings
- Optional 7" zipper for zippered pocket
- 1 magnetic snap
- 24"-36" decorative chain depending on desired handle length
