Pattern for two comical monkeys. A 16" tall yo-yo monkey whose body is created with yo-yos strung together with thick thread and attached to a stuffed head with fun features and a curly tail. The stuffed monkey is also 16" from head to toe. Its body, along with the hands and feet are weighted with crafters plastic pellets. Includes instructions and circle pattern pieces to make yo-yos without a yo-yo maker.
Materials Needed:
- (2) fat quarters or 1/2 yd of cotton print fabric
- (2) fat quarters or 1/2 yd of solid or tone-on-tone fabric
- (11) fat quarters of coordinating cotton fabrics for yo-yos
- (Total of 13 different cotton prints)
- One skein No. 3 black perle cotton floss for face stitching and stringing together yo-yos
- Clover Yo-Yo Makers: Large, Jumbo
- Polyester stuffing
- 3" long doll needle
- Fabric marker or pencil
- Hemostats or stuffing tool
- 1/2 yd cotton print fabric for stuffed monkey
- 1/4 yd cotton solid or tone-on-tone fabric - stuffed monkey
- One cup of plastic crafters pellets
