The Quilted Pocket Purse from Indygo Junction is a double sided quilted bag with a large pocket on the front with a hidden zipper and an open pocket on the opposite side. Additionally, there is a top hidden zipper closure and an adjustable handle. Finished size is 9 1/2" x 11 1/2", excluding handles.
Materials Needed:
- 2 1/2 yards of 45" wide pre-quilted double sided fabric
- OR
- If machine quilting your fabric you will need:
- 2 1/2 yards of 45" wide main fabric
- 2 1/2 yards of 45" wide coordinating fabric for lining
- 2 1/2 yards of 45" light weight cotton batting
- Additional Materials:
- Two 12" heavy duty zippers
- Two 1 1/4" wide swivel clasps
- Two 1 1/4" wide D-rings
- Denim strength sewing machine needles
- Zipper foot for your machine
- Chalk marking pencil
