to use interesting contrasting material for the pocket! You can make this purse pattern with or without the front tab detail and there are
instructions for a matching fabric strap or try on of the one purchased straps. Complete the look with vintage buttons for a one-of-a-kind
handbag! Finished size is 12 1/2"(32cm)H x 15" (38cm)W.
Materials Needed:
- Approx ¾ yard (70cm) of 54” (140cm) wide or 1 yard of 44” (112cm) wide exterior fabric
- 2/3 yard (60cm) of 44” (92cm) wide lining fabric
- ½ yard of 36” (92cm) wide sew-in craft interfacing
- 2/3 yard (60cm) of 36” (92cm) wide fusible interfacing
- 5” (13cm) x 40” (102cm) of fusible web
- 1 magnetic snap set
- 2 buttons approx. 1¼” (35mm) diameter to trim front tab
