Easy to make small purse made with fabric scraps is perfect for that last minute hostess gift! These
little bags are also good for carrying jewelry and the instructions for the zipper are super easy -only beginner sewing skills are needed.
Materials Needed:
- 10cm (4") nylon zip*
- Fabric for the outside of the purse and the lining - 12.5cm x 22cm (5" x 8 5/8") of each fabric*
- Light woven interfacing for both inside and outside of the purse (this is optional, but it makes it look better!)
- One 16.5cm x 4cm (6 ½" x 1 ½") strip of fabric for the strap (cut on straight grain)
*You can also use a 12cm (4 ¾") zip - cut 14.5cm x 26cm (5 ¾" x 10 ¼") of each fabric
