My Sunday Best Tote Bag Pattern measures 12 1/2" tall x 14" wide x 5" deep, making it the perfect size to hold your necessities any day of the week. The scripture, (my favorite) that adorns the front of the bag is included as a bonus and will be sent to you separately from the pattern within 24 hours from the designer.
Materials Needed:
· 1/2 yard of main fabric (Fabric A)
· 3/4 yard of coordinating fabric (Fabric B)
· 3/4 yard Pellon Décor Bond
· 3/4 yard Pellon Fusible Fleece
· Scrap fabric for appliqué cross
· 1 piece Pellon Fusible Peltex cut 4 1/2” x 10 1/2”
· Fray Check (optional)
· 2 1/2 yards of 5/8” rick rack
· Frixion or water soluble marking pen
· Size 16 or 18 needle
· Normal sewing notions
· Travel Iron or Dritz Petite Press
(optional but helpful)
This PDF pattern has over 30 pictures to guide you step by step. The instructions are clearly written. A single reference page has the supply list, cutting instructions and all the most important steps of the pattern and is handy to keep by your sewing machine for a quick reference guide.
Embroidery Supplies:
· 1/2 yard sticky stabilizer
· 5” x 7” hoop or larger (entire design will fit in a 6” x 12”, 7” x 11” hoop or a smaller version for 6” x 10” hoop, but will require multiple hoopings for scripture using a 5” x 7” hoop).
Cross will fit in a 5” x 7” hoop with one hooping.

The bonus embroidery design with this pattern is in the most popular formats, JEF, PES, HUS and EXP. Minimum size hoop is 5" x 7". However, it will have to be hooped twice when using that size hoop. The design will fit in one single hooping of a 6" x 12", 7" x 11" or larger. I have also included a slightly smaller version of the scripture design to accommodate the 6" x 10" hoop. The scripture design will include files that are already split and files for the entire scripture for a single hooping in all the formats mentioned above.
