How do I get my pattern?
Once payment has been made, you will be sent the link to your e-mail address for the pattern or patterns you have purchased by e-mail. You have 72 hours or 3 attempts to click the link and download the pattern to your computer. After it is on your computer, you may print it out and use it as many times as you wish!
Will the pattern ever expire?
Once the pattern is downloaded on your computer, it will never expire.
What if I don't get your e-mail with the link for my pattern?
First, check your spam folder to see if the e-mail is there. If not, e-mail me at support at epursepatterns.com (this needs to be in the proper e-mail format) and let me know. Also make sure you type in your correct e-mail address!
Is there a limit to the number of times I can make the pattern?
Once the pattern is downloaded to your computer, you can make it as many times as you like!
What form of payment do you accept?
All patterns can be purchased with either a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or Paypal.
What if I need help?
If you need help because you did not receive the pattern link, contact us. If you need help because you don't understand the pattern instructions, the actual pattern design company will be happy to help.
Can I make up the patterns and sell them?
Patterns by ChrisW can be made up and sold on Etsy or E-Bay but NO mass production! Patterns by WhistlePig Creek Productions cannot be made and sold without approval. Also, patterns by Mackerilla Design can be made and sold but no more than 12 per year. Emmaline Bag Designs, SewMichelle Bag Patterns, and Gaila Designs can be made and sold but they would like to be credited for their design. Any Designer not listed here needs to be contacted directly to find out their selling policy in relation to bags that you make and want to sell.
Do the patterns you sell have copyright protection?
Yes! Please do NOT reproduce, distribute, sell or share ANY part of any patterns sold on this site in any way whatsoever. It is for your own use only. Please do not share links to the pattern downloads or copy any of the pattern directions to give to someone else.
Do you have paper patterns you could mail to me?
ePurse Patterns only carries patterns that you download to your computer. Our sister site, PursePatterns.com carries paper purse patterns that can be mailed to you.
